We are excited to launch our new NCIP ServiceNow Portal. This portal is designed for providers currently participating in the North Carolina Immunization Program (NCIP) or the North Carolina Immunization Registry (NCIR). This portal brings all your essential links and tasks together in one convenient location for easy access.
This portal provides the ability to:
Access provider enrollment materials
Find NCIR resources
Explore important NCIP Program links
Submit tickets to the NCIP help desk
and more!
How to Access Provider Resources
Click the vaccine provider icon on the ServiceNow Portal homepage
How to Self-Register
Select the “Click Here” button in the orange banner at the top or the “Provider Register” button on the main menu
Enter all required information and click “Sign Up”
Check your email for a verification message and follow the instructions to verify your account. Note: the verification link expires after 24 hours
How to Submit a Ticket
Once registered, click “Log In” from the menu at the top of the webpage
Submit tickets under “Immunization Inquiry” (only available after logging in)
Note: Providers may also call or email the NCIP Help Desk for assistance, if preferred.
