The Provider Performance Evaluation Dashboard offers provider sites a comprehensive view of their performance in our NC WISEWOMAN program. The dashboard is updated every two weeks using data entered in Med-IT. 

Use this tool to monitor key metrics, identify trends and track progress toward program goals. This dashboard supports continuous improvement by highlighting strengths, opportunities and areas where targeted action can enhance outcomes.
