N.C. Credentialed Public Health Nurse Course Graduate Roster

The below list shows public health nurses who have successfully completed the requirements to pass the North Carolina Credentialed Public Health Nurse course and were awarded the North Carolina Credentialed Public Health Nurse (NCCPHN) credential.  The list does not indicate that the NCCPHN credential may be used. 

To use the NCCPHN credential, a public health nurse must meet all the below conditions:

  1. Successfully complete the North Carolina Credentialed Public Health Nurse course,
  2. Hold an active, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in North Carolina,
  3. Be currently employed in a NC local health department, the NCDHHS Division of Public Health, or the NCDHHS Division of Child and Family Well-Being, and
  4. Complete all required continuing education per 10A NCAC 46.0301.

Agencies should verify all the above conditions are met for their employed NCCPHNs.

This list will be updated with new graduates of the NCCPHN course at the conclusion of each cohort. Note that individuals are listed with the agency where they were employed at the time the course was completed and may not reflect their current employment.
