This email is to inform you of the final dates to submit orders for the 2024–2025 COVID-19 vaccine season. Based on vaccine shelf life and product availability, the last ordering dates are as follows:

Providers should continue to use all COVID-19 vaccine doses until they expire, following manufacturer guidelines.
Ordering for the 2025–2026 season is not yet available. The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) has not yet met to provide recommendations for COVID-19 vaccination for the upcoming season. Once ACIP recommendations are finalized, we will share additional details about ordering and administration timelines.
