Dear Providers,
Please be advised that North Carolina Immunization Program (NCIP) Help Desk support and the On-Call Nurse line will be closed all day Tuesday, June 30 and from 8:00am to 1:00pm Wednesday, July 1 due to scheduled internal training.
During this time, you may still email the Help Desk or submit a ticket through the ServiceNow portal. All requests will be reviewed, and the Help Desk team will respond as soon as possible upon return.
Additionally, the North Carolina Immunization Program will be closed Friday, July 3 in observance of the state holiday.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period and will work to address all inquiries promptly.
