Dear Providers,
Please be advised that an update to the NCIP ServiceNow Portal is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22 between 6:00 PM-8:00 PM. Changes will appear in the portal starting Thursday, July 23.
As part of this update, providers will be able to view submitted support tickets directly from the dashboard, by selecting the “Your Immunization Inquiries” tab (screenshot below). The update also allows users to review responses and updates for their immunization inquiries, as well as add additional comments directly to the ticket as needed.

Follow the instructions below to register or log in.
For additional information and registration guidance, refer to the April 6, 2026, communication titled “New NCIP ServiceNow Portal”.
- Private providers should register using their email address and create a password.
- Local Health Department (LHD) providers should follow the updated login instructions below using the External Login option with their NCID credentials. Separate ServiceNow registration is not required.
- To log in, click “Log In” from the menu at the top of the webpage. Select “Use External Login”.
- Sign in with the same NCID and password used to access NCIR.
