Dear Providers,
As we prepare for the upcoming 2026-2027 COVID-19 ordering season, we’d like to share an important update regarding the availability of the 2025-2026 COVID-19 vaccine formulation through the remainder of the 2025-2026 season.
- Moderna: The 2025-2026 COVID-19 vaccine will remain available for ordering until the 2026-2027 formulation is approved. This includes vaccines for children 6 months-11 years (NDC: 80777-0113-80) and those 12 years+ (NDC: 80777-0112-96).
- Pfizer: 2025-2026 COVID-19 vaccine is no longer available for ordering.
- Sanofi: The 2025-2026 COVID-19 vaccine is no longer available for ordering.
Providers should continue to administer all COVID-19 vaccine doses until they expire, or a new formulary is approved, in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines.
Ordering for the 2026–2027 COVID-19 vaccine is not yet available. Once the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approves vaccines for the upcoming season, we will distribute additional information regarding vaccine availability and ordering instructions.
