Required for geothermal well and related loop installations.

Most well contractor activities, including:

• Operation of a cable tool rig
• Hollow stem auger (non-air rotary)
• Direct Push
• Hydrofracturing
• Jetting-in a well
• + All Level C and D activities

Does not include:

• Wet rock coring
• Air rotary
• Mud rotary
• Sonic drilling

Includes:

• Grouting
• Well abandonment
• Rehabilitating a well due to biofouling
• Well development (ex. pumping or surging)
• Packer and liner installations
• Extend casing above land surface
• Break well seal
• + All Level D activities

Includes:

• Breaking well seal to perform activities such as:
  • Pump repair
  • Well chlorination
  • Using a down-hole camera in a well
• Pump installation and installation of other equipment in a well
• Disinfection
