The Disaster Response Template Toolkit for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Disaster Technical Center (DTAC) features a program administration section for managers and supervisors, as well as public education materials that designated staff in disaster behavioral health response programs can use to create resources for reaching people affected by a disaster.
