Quit the Hit
Quit the Hit is a vaping cessation program that assigns youth aged 13-17 to Instagram groups where they work for five weeks with an adult facilitator. Members of the group also help each other in their efforts to quit vaping.
EX Program
EX Program is a Truth Initiative texting cessation program to help teens and young adults quit e-cigarette use of vaping.
