You may qualify for free or affordable breast and cervical cancer screening and follow-up.

You are eligible for the NC Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program (NC BCCCP) if you:

  • Do not have insurance or your insurance does not cover screening;
  • Do not have Medicare Part B or Medicaid;
  • Are between ages 40-64 for breast screening services and 21-64 for cervical screening services; and
  • Have a household income below 250% of the federal poverty level. 

If you qualify, you may also get heart health screenings and support to improve your diet, activity and overall wellness through the NC WISEWOMAN Program.
