You may qualify for free or affordable breast and cervical cancer screening and follow-up.
You are eligible for the NC Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program (NC BCCCP) if you:
- Do not have insurance or your insurance does not cover screening;
- Do not have Medicare Part B or Medicaid;
- Are between ages 40-64 for breast screening services and 21-64 for cervical screening services; and
- Have a household income below 250% of the federal poverty level.
If you qualify, you may also get heart health screenings and support to improve your diet, activity and overall wellness through the NC WISEWOMAN Program.

Example: If there are five people in the household, the yearly income cannot be above $94,125 to qualify for NC BCCCP and NC WISEWOMEN Program services.
