Please review the checklist items and complete the activities due in the near future as soon as possible. The checklist is organized by timeframes (90, 60, and 30 days before go-live) to indicate when each activity should be completed, along with resources to assist with completion. Some items are repeated across timeframes for ongoing activities.

Reminders will be sent to help ensure users stay on track and complete all required activities on time to support timely preparation and help prevent delays in readiness.
