This email provides information on the NCIR data exchange onboarding pause.
Dear Providers and Vendors,
The North Carolina Immunization Program (NCIP) is currently in the process of transitioning to a new North Carolina Immunization Registry (NCIR) product and has paused all data exchange onboarding activities effective immediately.
If you are interested in beginning the onboarding process once normal operations resume, complete the NCIR Data Exchange Onboarding Request Form. Onboarding requests will be prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you have questions, contact the NCIP Data Exchange Help Desk at ncirdataexchange@dhhs.nc.gov.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this transition. Our goal is to ensure that all providers have a smooth and successful transition to the new NCIR.
